For many years, I had very bad continuous allergy attacks. A few years ago, I decided to try acupuncture to stop taking the mind fogging allergy drugs. After a few sessions, I started seeing a decrease in my usual allergy symptoms. Over time, I rarely have an allergy attack and I stopped taking the allergy medicine. A huge success!
